This was easy to install. The only negative is the catch plate was to thick so the door wouldn’t close flush. Used an original catch holder and it worked brilliantly. For the problem this was good and it did the trick.

Check for exact alignment with latch.
The product didn't align with the latch correctly. This could have been the fault of the rebate kit, the latch or a combination of the two. I filed the block in this kit as it's relatively soft alloy. I got it to just about align but ended up buying a rebated latch and avoided the problem. The product is not bad for the price but check it fits your latch exactly.
