Strange but interesting
Interesting cookbook. I have definitely never heard of the ketogenic diet before. I like how the author starts by explaining what the diet is and the purpose behind it before giving you the recipes. While I'm not looking to go on any diet, I do like to see what new healthy recipes there are out there and this book certainly has some recipes. Some are a little strange and I probably won't try those, but there are some that sound pretty good. I recommend the book to anyone wanting to try something new.

I have been on the Ketogenic diet for about 10 years. Always looking for recipes and meal plans. Sorry folks this is NOT true keto!!!! I was totally blown away. Some of the recipes include things like bananas, dates, carrots. One dish has over 30 grams of carbs! Yikes! My limit is 20 grams of carbs to stay in ketosis. I'm glad this was free because I would have been upset if I paid for these recipes. If you are on a TRUE Ketogenic diet this is NOT the book you want as a guide.

It Works!
This is a great book for anyone looking to lose fat fast. It is very well written and clearly structured which I believe is crucial when following a recipe book. The action plan recipes are simple and easy to use too which I love. I purchased this book a week ago now and I have already lost 5 pounds and feel great. So far so good!

This is a perfect book for anyone looking to lose fat. It is very extremely well written and well thought out. The recipes are not only easy to understand, but they taste amazing. And to top it all off I have lost four pounds my first week with this diet plan. This book is amazing. I highly recommend.

Just another cook book
I bought this expecting there to be more of a description and tips on the ketogenic diet. But the 4 pages that explain what ketosis is are easily gound if you google it. I learned nothing new. I was expecting there to be more to it then just a cook book.
