I ordered three of these. Upon receipt I have some concerns about their light weight in comparison to the ones they replace. But the fact is the ones they replace are only a couple years old and they are breaking around the revolving spray dial and/or leak at that revolving dial. Maybe I should expect less of these devices but the old brass ones would last years and years easily with just rubber washer change-outs. With such limited experience with these light weight nozzles I could simply not grant them five stars. I bought them based on my need and the sellers claim that if they fail - they will be replace with no quibbles. I will be happy to upgrade my review to five stars if they are still serving well in three years or downgrade if they fail before then.

This was my original 5 star review: I have been using this hose nozzle for almost 3 months now, and have been pleased with the product. I love the variety of spray patterns. I was hesitant to purchase this item at first at it was made of plastic, but I drop it on the ground often, and it has not been damaged. I guess I just need to be careful not to drop it on a walkway or rock. Only time will tell if I am truly pleased with the product, and if my opinion changes I will be back to add to this review.Well, I am back. I purchased this garden hose nozzle in 6/2015 and used it for three months. I put it away for the winter, and took it out last week (4/2016). Immediately the screw for the handle popped off. I was lucky enough to find it and screwed it back on again. Again, the screw popped off and was gone rendering the product useless. Since this product is guaranteed for 1 year, and the one year is not up yet, I contacted the seller to see what could be done, but I did not get a response. So now, after paying $27 for a hose nozzle I will have to purchase another. This time I will be looking for something made of metal, and not a cheap piece of plastic. Don't waste you time with this product.

Original Review:I have no issues with this nozzle. It works as expected. I like the different settings. I will update the review if I have problems in the future.Update 4/16: I turned back on my water from winter and went to use my hose this spring but the nozzle is cracked and leaking water. I will be buying a new nozzle. It worked for one year. I don't think I would purchase again because I am pretty sure I can get one at 1/3 the price that will also last a year.

We have been very pleased with this nozzle. The spray patterns seem to cover just about every situation. Our original product broke after being dropped on concrete from about waist height (nozzles tend to get wet and slippery when washing a car!) but after the seller was informed a new one was shipped right away with "No Quibbles" :)

This nozzle lasted a year before beginning to stick in the open position. A little WD40 has helped but not completely fixed the problem. The nozzle has been outdoors all the time, but since it's in Southern California, I expected better longevity.

So far (about a month) it is working well in our dog wash. Really like the trigger on the back because when hanging it up there is less chance of a customer breaking it. Easy to change spray settings. Lightweight but seems solid. I like it. I've been looking for the right nozzle. I think I may have found it.

Nicely made, settings just what we need. Minus one star because when I drop nozzle to ground rather than bending down to place it there, the sound of it hitting seems to say it will break eventually. Mistreatment? Maybe. But I Bend for No product.

I purchased 2 of these nozzles. One has been replaced. It has already broken. This is a defective design, since the trigger pivots on 2 PLASTIC PINS. Obviously the pins are not strong enough for this use! I had hoped this sprayer would be a good one, especially since it had a guarantee. Well, no such luck. When they replaced the first one, I was NEVER NOTIFIED that a new one was on the way. A guarantee is of little use when the PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE.
