Santa Hat Pancake Mold Set of 2

I only received one of the set of 2. I called them and they said they would continue to look into the issue but I have had no response. I gave them a chance. Also, these do not work. Even on a brand new electric griddle, the pancake mix leaks under them. Not happy at all. I am now the dissapointed owner of 5 of these if anyone is looking for them.

These are cute. They stick horrible though! You can't get them off without tearing up the pancake. Yes, I sprayed them with Pam before.

Not even. So batter leaks out of bottom. Can't get to work right.
