Ummm, Almost!
After looking at this product several times, on the fence if i should buy it or not. I went ahead and spent the $30. Well, in my mind that was a good idea. But in reality it was not. This is the first time ever I had this health problem, and after trying every home remedy and everything Walgreens and cvs had, nothing seemed to make it better. Almost seemed like everything made them worse. So, I thought I would try this product.Let me just start off by saying in my mind, this was a unique shaped device that was probably full of some kind of magic potion that stayed cold for long periods of time to relieve pain. Well, Its not. This Plastic hollow (I think it may be empty) thing is just about useless. It must be put in the freezer for at least two hours only to be used for 8 to 10 minutes.. In my head it would have stayed cold for hours and you could go about your daily tasks and it would just stay in place while you did whatever. Nope, you gotta lay down and have one leg over the other lube it up and hold it in for 8-10 minutes. When it reaches body temperature then back in the freezer for two hours. If you try to use it standing it just slips right back out. Trying to hike up the undies to hold it in doesn't work either.Honestly, I get better results using a plastic baggie of crushed ice inside a sock. Just put the ice in the baggie and bang it with something hard to crush the ice. Then place the baggie in the sock and the sock in your undies. Something that really seems to control this mess is hot cold shock. Take a hot bath, as hot as your tush can handle. Get out and ice sock your undies. Another thing you can try is use the heated seats in your vehicle, or a heating pad if taking a bath isn't an option, then take a ice pack from a cooler and sit on that.None of that is really for the pain, just the bulge. The one thing that I found that took away the tear in your eye drop to your knees then down to curl in a ball on the floor pain... Noxema. Yup, I ran out of things to try. Started thinking... something to take away the sting... I always use Noxema if I think I been out in the sun too long and might burn... It takes the pain out of your skin like nothing else... When I tried it on this painful problem below.. Almost instantly Noxema took away all the burning... Like magic. Here is a link incase you don't know what it is... Also works great on sunburns, takes out the pain and turns your skin from red to tan... wouldn't use anything else, not even aloe can compete with Noxema. I use the original, but I am sure the others do the same thing. Trust me, your @$$ will thank you for it.Noxzema The Original Deep Cleansing Cream, 12 Ouncehttp://www.amazon.com/Noxzema-Original-Deep-Cleansing-Cream/dp/B005CYK8YM/ref=pd_sim_bt_4

Cooling relief!
It did the job and really cooled and relieved the sore area, especially after "going". It really helped cool and shrink the area and I felt so much better. I only used it for a while then my freezer quit working and so I don't have any long term comments. I had a bad flare up last week and wished I could have used it then. I don't know if I will ever know if it 'cures' me, as I hurt so bad, I'm opting for a surgical procedure, either THD (which is less painful), or just removal. I hope to have my freezer fixed by then so I can use it during recovery.

Hemor Rong
First off, I'd be interested to know why the makers think this plastic plug merits the huge £25.00 price. I took it to the counter having misread the cost and thinking that it was £5.00. Paid up anyway when faced with having to make a quick decision.Cryotherapy claim is a joke. It provides a very short term cooling sensation in conjunction with discomfort owing to having a hard plastic object in a delicate area.It immediately occurred to me that it might be worth the discomfort and better results could be achieved if the device could stay cold for longer as in a gel filled re-usable ice pack and of course the price should be adjusted accordingly.Hamper ice pack = £1For a start up price I'd generously pay a fiver for this plug if it contained re freezable gel on the understanding that it could provide light relief.Don't be fooled by the use of the word cryotherapy, it simply doesn't apply to this product.Essentially what you get is a small bottle of lubricant and a plastic plug which is placed in the freezer for minimum of two hours prior to use.
