Ever since I got ITIT's been a rollercoaster.

* THIS IS THE TABLET I PURCHASED AT THE SAME TIME AS THE KEYBOARD IN THE REVIEW ON THAT JUST SUBMITTED. IT IS AN EXCELLENT QUALITY LOOKING TABLET BUT I WAS NEW AT ORDERING THIS TYPE OF PRODUCT AND FOUND OUT THAT I NEED MORE THAN JUST THE DUAL SIMS SLOTS FOR THE WIFI AND PHONE USE. IWOULD LOVE TO EXCHANGE IT FOR ANOTHER ONE I HAVE IN MY CART IF POSSIBLE. THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH FOR YOUR TIME AND I PROMISE THAT THIS WON'T HAPPEN AGAIN!! NEITHER ONE OF THE PRODUCTS WERE USED! PLEASE READ!!!Please don't waste your money and your time the way I did. I tried to give this tablet a chance, but it's one true POS.Pros:It came in a nice box.Cons:Short battery lifeScreen gets scratches if you look at it funnyApps constantly crashAfter updating an app once you restart the update vanishesAdvertised as 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage of. Actual RAM is 3.7GB and storage is 59GBThere's no way to check for a software update or update the OS on this POSI purchased this tablet to play a single game which requires 2GB of RAM. My thought was 4GB is more than enough. Wrong! Not on this device.Game play severely lags causing you to take unnecessary damage, app crashes mid fight causing you to auto lose. Trying to keep this tablet going has been a headache and very frustrating. This was the only thing I was using it for.Once I realized that it couldn't handle my game I decided to give it to my 5 year old so she could watch Netflix and play kiddie games. Same issues. Constant crashes and error messages. Now I can't download anything at all from the play store. It crashes everytime.Last night I decided to give this thing one more chance. I did a complete factory reset so I could try to get Netflix working for my little girl. I wasted a good 2 hours resetting and reinstalling everything needed to get going initially. Post reset it worked fine for maybe 30 mins and then the craziness started again.Now no apps will open, play store won't update anything. This thing is a paper weight and not even fit for a 5 year old. Most people will get inexpensive tablets for their children, but you don't want to give your child this piece of junk. Your kid will hate you for it.I am not a person who typically writes reviews. I'll just drop a star rating and go on with my day. For the purchase price had this tablet actually operated as good as they made it sound then I would have given 5 stars all around. For me to take the time to write this long review shows how frustrated I am. I will never buy anything from this merchant ever again. If they sale crap like this I can only assume everything they sale is cheap China junk. No offense to the Chinese, but this tablet truly is the worst tablet I have ever used.Requesting refund.

Works great , Just what I needed

The tablet appearance and works have been great until now!I am having a problem with the internal storage. I have used by report from the tablet 11.49gb of it's 60gb, but it's showing full. And I constantly have to clear the cache in order to download small items and it will not download anything large, even though there are almost 50 gb of internal storage available and a 60bg external storage.Please can you help with this problem, before I go to a local tech?The tablet is loosing information. I downloaded about a dozen videos. The battery went low so I recharged it. After the tablet was charged I lost all the videos I download.The tablet will not work with the memory card.Also (not your fault) I cracked the screen and would like to order a replacement, but unable to find info on your site.

I have never wanted to try a product with non-popular brand. For electronics, I would just go with apple, samsung, dell etc. 6 months ago, I bought a samsung tablet and it works OK. Met my demands at least, like reading papers, web searching, and sometimes watching videos. Recently my husband has also been interested in getting a tablet for his work and he was really into this pad, because it can be used as a phone and his poor iphone has only 16GB storage and the battery drains really quickly.So when he got this item, it thrilled him and me as well! I did not expected the resolution high as ipad, but it's high enough for reading papers. Battery is not questionable, way batter than ipad, i would say. IMO, apple products batteries runs out quickly than all non-apple products on the markets. Once charged fully, it lasted about 6 days at least. Sound quality is good. Pretty big size, but it's light, which is unbelievable. And it works like a phone. When his cell phone is out during a long distance driving, he can switch the sim card into the pad and works just fine. Worth the hundred bug. Strongly recommended.

I love this little tablet! I bought two because the price was so good. One for myself. One for my grandson. It arrived pronto - a day early. I am still learning how to use it but it seems to work just fine. The sound is not as good of quality as expected but hooked to my bluetooth speaker for videos works great. I am still getting used to the settings for touch sounds. It is noisy. I have contacted the seller to find out what kind of case I can purchase because the size is not the same as my old tablet and the one I bought for my grandson will need a case because he is 10 years old. A great little Christmas gift! Having 4 GB of RAM means he will be able to do more than read books on this little tablet. Also, I love that it has Play Store loaded and ready to get his games. Those two things were my original reasons for choosing to buy. I will do a followup to this review re: sounds and case, but I would definitely buy again!
