Sturdy and solid drywall anchor suited for Moen grab bars. Requires cutting a pretty substantial hole through the drywall.

These worked perfectly for the grab bar in our shower. I had some doubts about this mounting system but when the studs didn't line up with the bar, then this was my only real option. After installing these mounts and then the bar, I was extremely happy with the finished product. Seems to be sturdy with little movement of the fiberglass wall. I would recommend for anyone with drywall walls or the older solid fiberglass walls. I don't believe they would work well with the new thin fiberglass walls most companies are making. It only took about 30 mins for entire project and that was measuring 5 times to make sure the measurements were correct before I used the hole saw. I am very happy with this mounting system and would buy again for a similar project.

As advertised, good in theory but not suitable for my hand grab rail in bathroom. Will keep for future and make sure hand grabs compatible with bracket anchor

This is a very sturdy mount. I mounted it using a 1 1/4" hole saw, which was not included, but you can find multiple types here on Amazon for under $10. After the hole is drilled you slide the mount in and pull the anchor. Then you attach the plate and bolt to the anchor. You then attach the the plate from your grab bar to the anchor plate with the provided screws. Very easy and it seem very sturdy.

This is a good solid anchor. Requires some skill to install.
