I came up in a mainline Protestant denomination. During the past two years in our nation's life, I was gradually drawn to listening to voices (pastors, teachers and prophets) from the more charismatic Christian church, I've gradually come to realize why I always scratched my head about certain bold statements of Jesus to his apostles. The instruction seemed never to manifest among those in my church experience, the verses glossed over or excused as something that happened then but that don't happen now.. As I've come to understand that I had been crippled and prevented from understanding the true meaning of a victorious life in Christ, I am changing my way of thinking. This new awareness is slowly turning my spiritual ship. I appreciate this book of plain talk and practical examples.

Das Büchlein gibt so essentielle Wahrheiten der Bibel wider, dass ich es nur allen sehr ans Herz legen kann! Ich wollte, ich hätte es schon sehr viel früher gelesen. Einigermaßen gute Englisch-Kenntnisse sind erforderlich, aber mit einem Wörterbuch an der Seite, neben der natürlich unbedingt erforderlichen Bibel, stellt das Englisch kein Problem dar!
