Very strong built product. But the weakness is it looses suction from the windshield every hour. I'm an uber driver. And it is pretty embarrassing when it falls with my phone in the presence of my passenger. Manufacturer should include a batter suction cup with enough holding capacity. Another problem is it shakes the phone due to the longer holding arm. You have to be very careful to tap on your phone while driving as it shakes continuously. It is not easy to bent the arm and to set on perfect position and angle. I would suggest you to avoid this. It's already one month, otherwise I would have returned this.

The clip that holds the arm to the dashboard cracked in the first 5 seconds of opening the packaging. Because its a long arm, it shackes badly while driving, so I took a second arm, and secured it to the windshield and half way up this arm so it now uses 2 suction cups. using that setup, this is the perfect mount. Out of the box, it was not very good at all.Also the excess shaking caused the arm to come out of the suction cup section, which I was able to crazy glue back in.Will post pictures later.

It's convenient for car use and easy to adjust for a good viewing. The negative side of it , can suddenly detached from windshield probably because sucking cup not strong enough . Otherwise I would recommend it to my friends

Solid cell phone holder with good support. Have to get use to the cell phone expanding holding piece. Still trying to determine if it's the expanding holder or me.Excellent purchase for me.

The window was cleaned thoroughly but this item would never adhere correctly. It was stay attached to the windshield for a few days and then fall down. I think they need to improve the suction quite a bit. I have had others that will stay up for months but this one just a few days. I would not recommend this nor would I buy one like it again.

Worked perfectly! The stand was a bit stiff, and at first the suction cup kept popping off, but once I pressed the suction cup flush against the window and switched the lever it worked perfectly. My phone is too big to place horizontally, but vertically it fits beautifully. You push the two sides together to click into place, and they have nice little cushions that protect the phone. You hit a button on the bottom right to release the grips.I'm very pleased with this, though it didn't come with instructions it did come with a nice box and arrived promptly within only a few days.
