Quick and easy to use
This wine bottle opener is great! Much easier to use than another version that is half-horizontal where one of the handles broke off. It arrived promptly, and once we found that the instructions are printed on the bottom outside surface of the box, it turns out to be easier to use than our old one. Highly recommended! Don't buy it!
This was described as Rabbit "style". I should have realized that when ordering. It is certainly nota true Rabbit. Construction far inferior to current and prior Rabbits I have owned. Nearly impossibleto remove the pulled cork from the corkscrew; I believe because the movable grip handle is soweak and poorly mounted. Don't let the nice color entice you!

Love it!
Love this wine opener. It is well constructed and has very smooth operation when opening wine bottles. We have had other models by different companies but this one is by far the best we have used. Highly recommend!Added 5/10/16: We loved this wine opener so much, we have ordered another one for a family member, so when we are at their house, voila! Easy opening!

So disappointed...
We had our first rabbit wine opener for 10 years. This one only lasted 6 months. I thought it just needed a new screw, but it still won't work. Very sad...very disappointed.

Broke after 3 bottles
AA gift bought though amazon without seeing it. Broke after opening 3 bottles. Plastic washer slipped and bent the screw. I have a similar, but metal opener from brookstone I've used for years without problem, but wanted to use for amazon multiple gifts being shipped. This plastic one feels cheap & flimsy compared to the metal version. Returned and bought the same as I have & paid the shipping.

Just received this one and it's so so easy to use
Had a traditional rabbit opener for several years and it broke on us. Just received this one and it's so so easy to use, way easier than our traditional rabbit. Takes just seconds to open a bottle of wine, and to remove the cork from the opener. Great quality. Highly recommend it if you are shopping for an opener.

would like to exchange for a new one
Saved it for a gift at Thanksgiving at my home.... after only a few uses it will not release the cork....would like to exchange for a new one. My son has one and it works well.... I want to give it another chance.... please allow me to exchange it ! Thank you!
