Bad product - worse company.
Purchased this safe one year and three months ago. Just last week, it wouldn't open. I changed the battery but it would still not open. I contacted AMSEC and was told I DEFINITELY out of warranty and that I should contact a local locksmith and purchase a new keypad. I went to a local locksmith and he told me that this safe was their IMPORT model and there we not parts available. This was after he contacted AMSEC.So now I have to have my safe drilled open. The one star rating I gave this product is a NEGATIVE star because not only is their product worthless, so is their company..
