Talon Concealed Carry Tuckable IWB Leather Holsters

I read many reviews in preparation for getting a new holster for my P938. This one had great reviews, and for good reason.It is well made from quality leather. The molding provides good retention without sticking. By the end of the first day there was no issue drawing the weapon smoothly. No sight hang ups. Still holds the gun well; I have no concerns about it becoming loose or falling out. At the 4 o'clock position with a 6 rd. mag there is no printing. It is a fairly thick holster, made of several layers of sturdy steer hide. This allows easy reholstering as it doesn't collapse when the weapon is withdrawn.I am a husky guy and it hides well under a button down shirt. I haven't worn a tshirt with it, but believe there would be little problem with printing there, either. I haven't tried tucking a shirt, but can see that there is ample room to do so in the unusual event that I'd need or want to.The clip is strong and holds the holster in place fairly well. As I sit it sometimes rotates a bit, but that is easily adjusted back upon standing. Comfort is good once one finds the "sweet spot" depending on body type. The gun's controls are well covered, avoiding unintentional movement of the safety and mag release. There isn't a great deal of room for fingers to wrap around the grip when drawing, but one learns quickly how to grab the gun.If this holster disappears I will order another the same day. A brown one. It's very nice in brown.

I carry a Glock 36 for my CCW and had been using a good pancake style holster which allowed me to carry fairly well in most situations, but what to do when I want to wear a nice button down shirt on a warm day or a pair of shorts with my t-shirt? I did some comparison shopping on Amazon as well as some other sites when I found this Talon Tuckable. It seemed to meet all of my criteria, and the price wasn't through the roof so I ordered it. I couldn't be happier with my choice. This holster slips into my pants easily with a clip that will hold with or without a belt, and holds my CCW close to my body. Drawing and re holstering is smooth and snag free, and with its unique construction allows you to wear your shirt out or tucked in. There are fancier more expensive IWB holsters on the market, but why spend more money? Really now you wear the thing inside your pants so no one is going to see it, that's kind of the point. This is made of a high quality leather which I expect will give me years of faithful service. No I'm not getting paid for this endorsement, I like this holster so well I am going to see about getting one for my Kimber 1911 as well. As always Amazon was great, and Talon was great with their communication regarding my shipment. If you are looking for a great IWB holster without breaking the bank then you really need to check this out.

I don't review much that I buy off of Amazon as I expect most items to be what they are. However, I had to review this piece. I am not new to concealed carry at. I carry every single day, in a myriad of clothing styles but one thing that always miffed me was the best way to carry when required to tuck my shirt in. I work in a professional environment so a tucked collared shirt is a must but a jacket is too much. I have tried belly bands (too fat,) ankle holsters (just feels strange and hard to access,) and simply open carrying and leaving my piece at my desk once seated (not advisable.) Until this. Granted, it just came in today. So of course no long term reviews are possible but so far, it is amazing. It sits a little higher than some holsters i have which is great. The retention is phenomenal so far (the leather is tight,) it is terribly comfortable as in I forget it is even there which if you carry, rarely is the case. I have stacks of holsters but am considering getting rid of them all and purchasing this for all my carry guns. Outstanding product and I wouldn't hesitate in purchasing again or recommending.

This item is completely as described. Well designed and very good fit. I had to repeatedly remove my Mustang Pocketlite in and out of the holster to "break it in". Once broken in the fit was great, no issues with the Mustang accidentally coming out of the holster, and no problem drawing quickly. With the wide single clip, everything seems to stay in place without issue. The reason I chose 4 stars instead of 5 was that the entire holster is thick, which makes it a bit less comfortable for me. I chose a holster with two clips, one on either side of the holster, and this was thinner, and at least for me, more comfortable.

The product is made of some great material. The leather is in great shape and needs some time to break in. The stitches are great and have no flaws. The clip is is pretty strong and is attached to a leather flap for adjustment. Recommend for a great iwb holster 👍

This is a nice holster, and one of the few that is made for the Sig p938 with CT laser so I applaud Talon for that. But while it is tuckable, it is not adjustable. It has a high ride for a combat grip for those that want that, but that means there's a large bulge where it sits which is not great for a petite woman because it is bulky. I wish this holster was adjustable for ride and cant. I do better with low ride holsters where most of the gun sits below the gun belt. I can conceal this beneath a sweater during fall or winter. It is harder for me to conceal during warm weather. The holster is made of stiff leather so it stays open for a safe re-holster, which is important. This is comfortable and very well made which is why I give it five stars. Plus it came quickly.
