Great dive computer
Excellent entry level dive watch. Does everything I need it to - depth, sea temp, alarms, safety stop, log etc. Screen easy to read. Perfect watch for recreational divers.

does everything you need, with a good clear display
I did 25 dives between 70 and 100 minutes, the Donatello did a good job of displaying depth, non-deco remaining and dive time. As most modern computers do, it winds non-deco time back on if you come up slightly. The wrist strap seemed secure, and it seems to be easy to change the battery, but I haven't tried yet. A good choice for the recreational diver. Only gripe was the single button interface is rather annoying to use, but once the time and date are set most people can forget about that until the battery needs changing. I guess if you are regularly changing mixes you'd get the hang of it. (knocked a star off for that - perhaps a bit harsh as a lot of two button interfaces are a pain as well)

Great not too expensive.
Cressi Donatello - feels very good quality, easy to navigate and set up. All what I need as begginer diver. Very good back light. Can't wait to dive with it. 2 dives so far, including one on nitrox. Very pleased from computer. Works as it should including alerts, not too loud but can be heard underwater.

Not a great experience by any stretch..
I do not like leaving negative reviews due to the current climate but when one is treated like the below, one fees obliged to alert others. My reasons for one star: 1. When the package arrived, it was open in the box, dusty and looked second-hand.. (see attached pic). and I still have no idea if it is missing any manuals or docs as have nothing to compare to. I contacted the seller - Cressi who proceeded to inform me that it must be Amazon and that it was not an ex-display model. I took them at their word, as you do and hoped for the best! 2. I went on the Cressi website and ordered the recommended battery - CR2450. Left for a dive site 2h from Dubai in the middle of nowhere. When I arrived and looked at the watch, the battery showed as per the pic, almost empty! I'm sorry but if this was not ex-display - why would a watch with such a good reputation of battery life show as almost empty?!! So I opened the watch ready to change and the battery inside is actually CR2430 (note to anyone who is buying one of these) My heart sank as was supposed to dive in the morning. Of course the dive shop did not have the battery and no where close, only Dubai - 2h away! I took a chance and got a dive out but had to cut dives short because of a battery. Thanks a lot seller! I emailed Cressi a number of times and they are yet to bother replying. 3. You can see in the pic there is a plastic screen protector of sorts. Mine was of course full of dust when I received it but the real issue with this watch is: While you are diving - you can see it ok. After you surface however, a film of water gets trapped between the face and the protective screen and so viewing your surface & RNT etc. is very tedius indeed. I am afraid of retiring the watch as I fear not getting refunded due to my bad experience so far.. so will have to make do with a second-hand, troublesome DC. Never again.

Has everything you need
This is the only piece of personal dive kit I have. Rent everything else on site. Have gone on 40 dives on this computer and I think it's the perfect balance of what I need as an occasional diver (10 dives squeezed together in a holiday every 6-12 months). The 1-button thing is fine for me - I'm sure it could be more convenient with more buttons (for an extra however many £££), but the logic is pretty simple to understand and use.

Very easy to use
This dive computer replaced my old Zunto Zoop. I find this Cressi much easier to use, clear screen when diving and a good price. More than happy.

Frustrating
I am a new diver and bought this dive computer to help with confidence, depth and safety stop. However the instructions are extremely poor; there is just a quick-start guide but no full guide. Very very difficult to be enthusiastic. There is little to no online help. Lots of sales videos, but no complete usage guide. Most frustratingly it requires buying a separate bluetooth adaptor (€60) to enable it to connect to my phone or PC. This was not made clear. I am considering sending it back!

Muy buena computadora, nada nuevo, pero sirve, buena visibilidad debajo del agua, acepta nitrox, entonces sirve si ya tienes hasta nitrox avanzado

The protective cover was scratched, which is disappointing for a brand new computer. Box was also a bit torn inside, so does not look like a brand new computer. Hope that it works. Would really like to know if protective cover can be replaced.

Great beginner’s dive computer and good price. Strap was way too long but was able to cut it to size with sharp scissors. No issues with the one button setup.

The button fell off this computer on a dive on Utila with three weeks of my trip to go, and Cressi has not responded. The shop here says the guarantee is only good in Europe.

Terzo anno d'uso, fatte fino ad ora circa 80 immersioni. Mai cambiato pila. Nessun problema. Semplice da usare e pratico con informazioni utili in immersioni e dopo. Numeri grandi a sufficienza. Consiglio leggere bene le istruzioni prima.
