I recently took an international flight. I loved this product. It was comforable and warm. It came with an eye mask, a blanket, arm sling, and two options for the neck pillow. You can either have the blow up version or a foam version. I really liked the feature of the pocket for my headset. It usually gets tangled under my arm. When sleeping on a flight I never know what to do with my arms. The sling gave me the perfect place to put them and was comfortable. Having the neck pillow attach to the arms was also nice and took some presure off. My only comment is I wish the arm sling came up over the sholders. I felt plenty cozy and warm but my sholder were bare and I still needed a scarf or addition to cover myself completely. Overall I would definitely recommend this item. I wished it came in more colors.

It sounds like a great idea, but for me it was a little overkill. I used the pillow & the blanket, but not the eyewear. I do love the harness for the arms. It keeps you cozy & you don't have to worry about fighting with your neighbor for the armrest.

this just arrived in the mail and it exceeds my expectations. the picture does not do it justice. i will take pics a little later. it comes with the one shown plus the blanket u see also has the arm pouch in it too. if ur hot just use the small one and the small one has a scarf like deal with it that u can use to wrap around your neck or cover your shoulders. the pillow has a removable inflatable pillow or a nice squishy pillow that does not deflate. the eye mask has little beads in it and the color is a pretty blue :) Great PRICE!

This item is a piece of junk. i payed for shipment of item and now have to pay shipment for return. Totally inacceptable

I like the idea and execution of being able to hold your arms warmly in front of you. I used it recently on an international flight and it was quite comfortable. What was not comfortable was the included pillow that the arm rest attaches to. It is far too plump and pushes your head/neck forward rather uncomfortably. Luckily, they include both a stuffed pillow and an inflatable pillow that fit in the same cover. I recommend using the inflatable pillow only partially blown up. Additionally, the bag that everything comes in is rather small, and you need to be an OCD engineer to repackage it into that tiny zip-up container. Luckily I married one of those, but the rest of you may get annoyed.All in all, the arm rest is comfy!

TRULY, I LOVE THIS COLLECTION OF FLUFFY COMFORT! FROM THE PILLOW WITH THE ARM HAMMOCK ATTACHED; TO THE PILLOW ATTACHED TO THE BLANKET WITH THE ARM CRADLE HIDDEN UNDER IT; OMG! TO THE SCARF THAT I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW EXISTED! I AM LEAVING ON A PLANE TRIP IN 5 DAYS AND I BOUGHT THIS BECAUSE I HAVE A ROTATOR CUFF PROBLEM WITH ARTHRITIS PRACTICALLY EVERYWHERE! THE ARM HAMMOCK IS WHAT CAUGHT MY EYE WHEN I WASN'T EVEN LOOKING! AND NOW I AM USING IT AT HOME ALREADY! ITS AWESOME! TAKES THE PRESSURE OFF MY NECK EVEN THOUGH YOU WOULD THINK IT SHOULD BE PULLING DOWN ON IT! BUY IT! UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING UNCOMFORTABLE, BUY IT! SO COMFY "COZY" THANK YOU!ROBYNNP.S. We bought these to use on a trip to Germany, a 14 hour flight. They seemed like they would difficult to use but in fact it was perfect! Having the pocket to slip your arms into made it very comfortable to fall asleep - even on the little airplane seats. We did not use the eye masks but everything else was really great. The only down fall is the size of them.They take up a lot of suitcase space and if you hook them to the handle of your carry on, they are very awkward.

Great item. Will be using this in May flying to Maui with my girl friends. Bought one for each of us.
