very affordable, nice performance, sturdy feel
it arrived on schedule and worked reliably every time so far...- the reversible screen makes unusual viewing positions easier . . . this design works like a laptop or tablet or tablet on a stand . . . the keyboard lifts away from the tablet, connector and a magnetic cradle/pivot thing, seems very study, makes lift/reconnect easy and sure feeling. Best way I have ever seen to have a tablet, I would not want another tablet without this cool keyboard design. The keyboard is small but seems well made and good key action, not a cheap feel.- camera is disappointing, don't choose this tablet if you're wanting a nice camera, somehow the pictures just lack any sense of life in them.- built in speaker is understandably tiny, with tiny sound . . . but this tablet has both mini USB and full USB and mini HDMI and Bluetooth and headphone jack. . . bigger sound only needs one of those outboard devices then it sounds great.- i loaded "Nova" launcher (from play-store) and was able to remove the "Google" search bar, and customize the "home" page or "desktop" and rename icons/shortcuts... see screen-shot below- i added a 22.oo microSD card for 128GB of storage, and have installed "Search Kiwix" .. an offline stand-alone version of Wikipedia for a friend who lives far from internet . . . so this has the 4core CPU, one gig of ram, 32 gig of built in storage included plus the 128 additional on the microSD card .. . for under 110.oo total . . . and it all seems to work pretty well.- mini HDMI plug allows you to connect this unit to a large display, to share movies or videos or pictures or apps with people you visit . . . great for traveling sales presentations-loaded Firefox for internet browsing, works well.-mini USB to other computer (Win7) did not allow me to access files on this Android6 tablet directly . . .had to work around by USBflashdrive and/or Bluetooth to transfer files . . maybe could get past this with after-market file manager or other added software . ..-allow time to explore and amend . . . this machine can be customized a lot just by intuitively adjusting software, and it makes a fine mini-laptop with a few tweaks.

Nice for the price!!!
Decent piece of equipment for the price.Pros:-Good resolution-Clear sound (actually better than some laptops)-Easy initial set up-Connects/disconnects from keyboard easily-Can use touchscreen while keyboard connected-Has front/rear cameras-Not heavy-Sturdy build-Easy to read keys-Round power plug instead of micro UBS-Will support additional 32GB SIM card-Good battery life but would suggest keeping it plugged in if streaming video or onlineCons:-When multiple apps/Windows are open there is no "close all" feature/icon-Does NOT support all games/apps on our Samsung phones and Lenovo tablet-All ports and power button on left side (not big issue for us but may be for others)-Volume control on keyboard only (it is possible to adjust on tablet when they're separated)-Hyper sensitive finger pad that if brushed by anything may change what you're doing (got used to it quickly to avoid issues)-Came with space taking Wal-Mart and Sam's Club apps (we deleted them)-Wouldn't suggest giving this to children under 8 years of age (make sure child is aware of product and uses common sense when detaching keyboard)-On/Off button is small and it takes a couple seconds to power on-No % power battery display, battery icon only-Camera is 2 megapixels (don't use it, so no biggie for us)We ordered this because the micro USB power port in the Lenovo Yoga tablet became loose and wouldn't charge. We kept having to push it in and put weight on one end in order to charge it. Was very pleased to come across this tablet. The power supply, Android friendly, size and price were the selling points. We use it for entertainment only like Netflix, YouTube and a few game apps. We were very disappointed to find out that we couldn't download some apps that we use frequently. Regardless, it's a nice tablet for the price and we'll be keeping it. Nice to see RCA still making products.**DO YOUR HOMEWORK IF YOU PLAN TO DOWNLOAD APPS!!!
