Does this come with a air pump

This sleeping bag is not inflatable Let me know if you have any other questions John B

Are the pillows attached to the sleeping bag?

No. There is no cell phone pocket as advertised and the bag is very low quality. I received it noticed that there was no cell phone pocket, so I returned it asking for a replacement. They sent me out the same low-quality sleeping bag. I sent it back as well. I did order a very nice quality bag that was everything that was advertised and very high-quality. 4.5 out of 5 stars 356 Reviews KingCamp Camping Sleeping Bag for Adults Youth 3 Season Lightweight, Waterproof, Cotton Sleeping Bag, Double and Single Size-6 Colors for Hiking, Outdoor Activities

HOW do you make this sleeping bag weather/waterproof? Is it a tightly woven fabric, or is it sprayed with a waterproofing substance?

definitely not water proof. I don't think it would be possible to waterproof. perhaps with a separate outer shell
