I originally bought a couple of these for search & rescue training to bring lightweight manikins in/out of the field. However, we recently used them for wilderness first aid training to carry an adult in. I was pretty amazed how strong and sturdy this inexpensive soft stretcher is. I quizzed our participants on the stretcher & all gave it a thumbs up - even our patient who was carried quite a distance to the trailhead. Plan to order more for our SAR unit!

Working as a Senior Deputy Sheriff and Field Training Officer, I purchased this litter to invest in myself and making my service to my community that much better. I ran into a few scenarios where Fire rescue and EMS were unable to get to a patient with their sturdy back boards and gurneys. This item is literally a lifesaver, and have used it in 3 scenarios where conventional litters could not fit due to tight turns and obstacles. I highly recommend, and stand behind this product.

Use these at a BLS fire/rescue station. We keep them stocked on all rescue trucks. They definitely do the job when other methods aren't viable.

Bought this to evaluate for emergency use in our church in event of emergency. Seems to be constructed well and heavy duty materials. 20$ u can’t loose

Haven’t needed to use it yet, but I unfolded and checked it out - it’s well built, strongly stitched and looks strong!

Used it folded in half to take my black lab to the vet for his last visit. worked very well. Can't tell you how it works with humans but it is strong enough I think, if you had some sort of a a reason to do that.

Compré una y la cargo en mi mochila de montaña. Quizá sea más peso y exagerado pero es mejor ser precavido. Un rescate aquí puede tardar más de 3 horas. No sirve si la persona tiene una lesión cervical o de columna (por obvias razones) pero si para evacuar a alguien que quizá se haya fracturado o tenga otra lesión. No es una camilla rígida (no para maniobras con cuerdas), pero bueno es mejor usar esto que tener que improvisar una camilla en plena montaña o bajar a la persona en tus hombros.
