Pre-Seasoned Cast-Iron Griddle/Pizza Pan, 14", Black

Great quality heavy duty pan. Homemade pizza baked up crisp, golden brown and faster than on aluminum or other types of pans. Perfect size for stovetop tasks such as cooking homemade tortillas. May be a little larger than the biggest eye on my stove but I can deal with it. As with any type of cookware, especially cast iron, handle with care to prevent damage to a glass cook top.

Nice. I ordered the wrong size though so it's too big for my small stove top. But I will give it to my sister. Cast iron is also heavy, so I wanted a smaller one. aside from that, it's good for grilling. Great price though.

This griddlel is perfect, a little heavier than expected but with double side handles it helps a lot. This will be great for pizza or biscuits.

Bought this to use on my Big Green Egg. Fits perfectly. Smoked a ham on it and the rim is low enough to allow the smoke to permeate, but high enough to catch the juices. Would also work great on the stove for pancakes, burgers, hot dogs, or whatever you grill inside. Nothing heats up like cast iron!

This cast-Iron griddle fell short of expectations. The pre-seasoned surface didn’t provide effective non-stick properties, the handles were impractical, and the pan’s weight made it cumbersome. While large and flat, it didn’t fit well on stovetops. Overall, it didn’t meet practical everyday needs.

Perfect for tortillas, naan bread, scallion pancakes, literally anything.

This item has a coating on it that just doesn’t get clean. I have other cast iron pans and I don’t have a problem with them. This one has a film on it that makes it look good at first view, however once used it can’t be cleaned with conventional methods. Black soot on paper towels when drying just keeps coming. I don’t want it leaching into my food so I can’t use it!

The package came well protected from the shipping experience. The weight of the pan is what you would expect from cast iron. I decided to buff out the interior surface for optimal smoothness. I didn't have to work hard to get a shiny smooth surface. You can see the final result of the seasoning in the second image.This will be used on my Big Green Egg as I make Smash Burgers and other high heat, rich sear foods. I recommend this purchase fully. Its now, in the top 2 of my 5 cast iron pans.
