Large Wall Calendar - Chalkboard Planner Decal

I was nervous when I ordered this, because the walls that I wanted to put it on our very bumpy and uneven, since we live in an old farmhouse. But I got it anyway knowing I could put it in a different room if I needed to. It does just fine over the bumps as long as you take some time to put it up slowly and smooth everything out, we've had it for a while, maybe a week now, and it's still up just fine not coming down at all. I haven't tried to use actual chalk on them, I bought chalk paint markers and am using those. It does also come with one but I have three little girls and it had to be more colorful ;) (I included in the pictures the brand of marker I got here from Amazon and the chalk pen that comes with it too)

The only reason why we still have this on our door is because it was the biggest one we could find that fit. In the meantime, we're most likely going to have to repaint the door after we take it down because we needed some strong double-sided tape to keep it stuck. We're also going to need to by more EZ-Off Oven Cleaner because nothing else managed to work when it came to wiping off the marker. We tried water, rubbing alcohol, bleach, windex, all-purpose cleaner. The markers designated for this calendar worked on the other chalkboard decals in our house every time. No issues, just wiped off clean with some rubbing alcohol. Something about this material that makes the marker soak right into it. Not recommended unless this is the size you're looking for. After a month of searching... nobody else had this size.

Very disappointed in this product. I received and put this calendar on my wall on Sunday night. I woke up the next morning to find that not only had it detached itself from portions of the wall, but it had folded in on itself. When I was able to detangle the mess, I was able to put the calendar back on the wall, however now, there are hard ridges and bumps on the calendar which cannot be smoothed. It has since fallen off the wall and folded over itself a second time in the four days since I put it on the wall, and the corners are continually lifting away from the wall. This was a very clean and organized looking calendar that I was very excited about and really looked very nice in the room. I am very disappointed that it didn't even stay on the wall one night AND even more so that when it fell off, it folded onto itself and is now damaged.

Beware!!! Most of the 5 star reviews are sponsored. I took a gamble and purchased this thinking it would be okay. I've been installing this for over an hour. I've installed similar decals like this before and have never had an issue with the vinyl stretching out causing wrinkles when you install. Do yourself a favor and spend some more money on higher quality vinyl!

It's overall good and met my expectations: however be sure to not let any chalk sit on it for a few months as it will be VERY hard to get off.

The calendar I received was a bit crinkled so I had to return it however, it was really neat and I would consider buying it again.

We were going to paint an entire wall in chalk board paint but decided to try this first, well we aren't going to paint after all! It went up on the wall easily and was repositionable if you didn't get it just right. I was amazed how quickly it shipped. Keep up the good work!

This is cute but it kept falling off the wall. Finally I threw it away.
