This speed rope is disgustingly light, and I love the easy adjustment of the handles for different heights (although I have a feeling since this is a one-girl rope, i'll be cutting mine down for my small 5 foot frame) The great thing is that even if I do permanently shorten the length-there are caps for the ends so i'm not scratching myself with the wire on the inside of the rope (which I have done countless amounts of times). I love the speed of the rope and the lightness, along with the flexibility-it's nothing like the other thin speed ropes that I've purchased and tried and that have bent and kinked in my bag. I really enjoy this rope along with the ebook that was supplied with it-something to do when you're sitting at home and bored and want to do a quick bit of creative cardio.

Lasted half hour before the handle came apart, parts scattered everywhere. Very disappointed. Cant say i would recommend it. Not sure its even worth returning.What a difference a day makes! Within 24hrs. I was contacted by Mac at Amazon Very polite and professional without a question offered to refund AND replace the rope! All I can saw is "WOW"!What great customer service!All the more reason to use AMAZOn for all your purchases!

I have purchased a few different Speed Ropes from Again Faster, Rogue, etc. This is by far one of my favorite ropes to use. It is very convenient to adjust the length. You can do it by hand without any tools. The rope doesn't get hung up or twisted while jumping, the handles make it very smooth and consitent. Normally when I change ropes it takes me a little while to get used to it. I was able to adapt to this one right away. It's a great rope for beginners and experienced CrossFit athletes. I definitely recommend it! I am looking forward to using it in some of my workouts this week.

I've tried a number of speed ropes and so have my athletes and this is one of my favorites so far. The adjustments knobs make changing the length of the rope quick and easy which is great if multiple athletes are using the rope. The contoured handles feel great in different hand sizes. The rope turns over effortlessly and is light enough to spin at high speeds but heavy enough to give some tactile feedback for beginning double unders. One of my athletes connected their first double unders in a workout with this rope.

At first when I picked up the rope I thought it was going to be too light, but man was I wrong. The rope made double unders extremely fast and efficient without tiring out the shoulders with the extra weight. My old rope had a wire running through it, and if sat funny in your gym bag, caused a kink in the rope. This rope is flexible, weighted properly, and makes my workouts go much faster. 5 Stars.. no question

I have had several different speed ropes over the years, and this is going to be the first one I recommend to clients at my gym. The rope is deceivingly light, but has great response when you get it going. This rope adjusts very conveniently, and if being shared by multiple people can be readjusted without a tool making it a great piece of gear for any gym. Definitely give this rope a try, you won't be disappointed.

This rope is great! I don't know if it was the handles, or the way the rope is connected to them, but something felt really smooth when I attempted my double unders in my last workout. I only stopped because I was getting tired, not because I tripped over the rope. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! :)

I have tried a few ropes for double understand over the last three years and I have to say this rope is pretty awesome! Other ropes I have tried have been very stiff and would get kinked up if left in my gym bag, or the coating around the wire has ripped off from repeated use fairly quickly. The bodyblaster rope is super flexible and keeps its shape, even though its light it is super fast. I also like that it doesn't have the ball-joints where the rope passes through the handles like other ropes I have, I feel like the ball-joints restrict the motion of the rope. Its also nice that the body blaster has the size adjustment screws on both ends and they are large enough to adjust by hand without using any tools...very convienent! All in all loving the rope!!
