Works OK but required several applications

When we bought our 50 year old house, the inspector said that there was fungus growing on the wood in the crawl space. I noted it. Then a couple of years later a termite inspector mentioned it and also gave me an outrageous estimate to address the situation. After recovering from that news, I set out to see if I could to a DIY job. I researched what needed to be done including killing the fungus. I settled on this product because it was primarily easy to use. You just spray it on.I didn't really know how to identify the fungus. I just bought a lot of gallon jugs and sprayed everything. I also used the stain eraser from the same company. I got about 80% of the job done and decided to take a break. This spring I went down there to turn on the outside water, and I checked out the wood. The wood that was treated looked almost new, beautiful blond wood. The section that hadn't been treated didn't look so good. In fact, I now know what to look for, and it is all over the place. I'll get down there this weekend or next and treat the rest of it.This stuff was very effective. I mean this stuff really nailed it. It's easy to apply; you don't have to do a lot of scrubbing or rinsing. It supposedly acts as mold prevention so that's good too.

Overly expensive in my opinion, but works very well. Worked for me when other brands did not.
