Strong and sturdy. Has soft pads on the back and on the bottom of the holder, so there are no worries for scratches. Folds into a nice flat package. Best for smartphones. A bit weak for tablets. Also, if you're putting your phone on this stand in portrait, it'll block the bottom speakers, so keep that in mind.

I really like this phone stand, the quality is very good, the hinges are stable, the overall size is small, the height is just fine, the design looks sleek. The only bad thing is the padding for the phone didn't look as high quality as the rest of the stand other than that this product is worth it.
