The battery works just fine and has outlasted the very tool it was bought to power. Happily it's interchangeable so continues to be used regularly

Faulty battery
Same as others have noted.Missing a contact so doesn't work.You have to pay for the return and it needs to go by special courier as it's a battery and deemed hazardous goods.
