Sisu Paperback – January 6, 2014

This is a great compilation of thoughtful and original poems. I like to pick it up from time to time and read 1 or 2 of them just to brighten my day and reflect. These are rooted in the authors personal experience and draws on her keen sense of observation of life.Do yourself a favor and get a copy.

This first time poet, hits a home run first time at bat. She draws you in with her strong imagery and perceptive comments on love and life and maturing. Her writing takes you deeper into her heart as you read and reread each poem. She has a unique voice and one that seems to get right to the center of things. We enjoyed her book so much we've already sent it to various friends, young and old.We couldn't recommend this collection highly enough.

This book stays with you long after it is read. The author's indefatigable spirit shines through these poems as does the whimsy and wit in the accompanying art. This work is a testament to the author's vitality and creativity, undaunted by the inevitable challenges of aging and loss. Mrs. Levitas' perspective on life is an inspiration to all of us.
