Likes- The material is soft and the colors are nice- These are decently big. My 5 year old can pull it to her shoulders comfortably- Good to snuggle up in when staying in one place for a while, such as watching TV or reading a bookDislikes- Kids can slip their feet into the fin part of the blanket, but walking while the feet are in there is difficult due to the fin being small. That doesn't mean that my daughters don't try to do it anyway.- The concept of sliding your body in and out of what is essentially a sleeping bag can become a bit of a hassle. This blanket is as useful when the kids want to stay warm and move around.

My daughter and son each got one of these for Christmas. They are such a hit in two ways: for pretending to be mer people and for being snuggly on the couch. They are made of the softest, coziest fleece fabric. I can see that the quality of the fabric is good and they should hold up to quite a few washings. This would be a great gift for any age child.
