Would have been lovely had it not ben stale!
The bori appeared to be authentic with just the right amount of spiciness. Bengal boris, unlike their north indian or punjabi counterparts are not very spicy as they do not constitute the component in any dish but just add a hint of flavour and texture. Unfortunately, the packs I bought were all stale and I felt terribly let down.
