It's very cute, and was packaged well. I like that it is wider for things like spatulas, and the tail supports the handle of the utensils well. It does actually come with a little wooden spoon! I must not have read the listing well enough in my excitement, so that was a good surprise.

Looks like the photo. Haven't used a lot yet but seems sturdy and effective for its spoon rest purpose. Larger than I thought it would be which is great. If you love whales, it’s fun!

I fell in love with this spoon rest when I first saw it online. I enjoy whimsical designs, and this definitely fits my aesthetic. The spoon rest is a good size and is well made. It will break if you drop it, so be careful when washing and holding. The reason I did not give the product 5 stars is because of the shape of the whale tale. If it was just a little bit wider, it would accommodate ladle handles better. Other than that, it's really cute and affordable. I would definitely give this as a gift.

This little whale makes me smile. You get exactly what you see in the picture, no surprises. I haven't had any problems resting spoons or forks on it, but it is shallow so be sure to measure before ordering if you have concerns with that. I don't use the spoon at all, so no opinions on that.

The dish is a perfect side for multiple spoons or spatulas. It has a good weight and feels of good quality. I love the having a spoon rest that has some character. The whale is such a fun twist. I would purchase again.
