What is the actual size of this belt? Mine is 5/8" wide & 9" long when laid out flat since it has been cut - but approx. 3" circle with ends together.

Will this replace a rainbow R1029B belt for my rainbow model D4c

Reading the description it indicates all models. I know my parents model was older than the dirt it was used to pick up and it fit fine. I suspect all models may be engineered to use many like components to save money.
