Dose the box set come with dice?

No,it does not include dice. Having purchased both this and the command edition (which has dice), both have their own appeal. Indomitus has the full flavor of the 40k universe in the core rule book and the command edition eases new players into the game with just the rules and a walkthrough of a few missions and the included terrain is a plus as well. As for models, Indomitus straight up wins with over 60 models. The command edition has far fewer. I guess each has it's audience. Good luck and have fun whichever way you go.

What size scale are they, supposedly warhammer is changing size scale to 40mm

My GW rep hasn’t mentioned anything about a scale revision. The Space Marines in this box are all Primaris so they are larger than your average duder. Necrons are the same size as they have been. It is true that they are going the route of all new SM releases being Primaris.
