Crystallize ginger sweets.
I am very happy with this product. It’s excellent quality nice big chunks. Of crystallized ginger sugar is not bad quantity a bit long delivery but still excellent. Hope this helps.

Too much sugar.
I always transfer mine to a jar. I wish I knew a good way to get rid of all the sugar. The taste is ok. apart from the fact it has citric acid included. I don't know the reason for that, but don't like the idea of it.

Great ginger, hot and not too rooty.

Some hard pieces, discarded rather than break a tooth on, taste is good but some pieces are so bland, no heat. Majority of pieces a little on the big size. So it's back to my usual supplier.
