Among The Best Out There
Compared to what else is out there, they are comfortable, effective and, perhaps more importantly, they control odor completely! I've used a couple of products like this and while they are a little more expensive (around $.65 each), they are worth every penny!

Decent alternative to the Depends Max Guard 30X
These max protection guards are almost the same as the depends 30X cards I’ve been using for the past 10 years. For some reason, they seem to be leaving the market and replaced by a much less absorbent thinner pad by Kimberly-Clark/depends. Those of us who are totally incontinent, are not being served by Kimberly Clark, changing around men’s incontinence pads.

Prevail better than Depends has ever had.
Excellent absorbency and leak protection. Switched to Prevail from Depend 30X because Depend substituted a NEW version for the 30X Which is much thinner and with very poor leak protection. Prevail is much better than Depend ever had. Will not purchase Depends again.

Work great! Always love Prevail
I have 100% complete incontinence and no control over my bladder. I have tried several different products and I am a woman, but I use this one with a brief. And it helps them last longer. I don’t know why, but for some reason, the men’s prevail work better than the women’s and it’s absorbency is Really, really good. It holds a lot. !

Very good odour control
I have been using these for a year now and find them to be excellent! They provide great odour control and last you the whole day. I would recommend them to anyone who has any leakage at all. These are the only ones I've found that really work.

Trustworthy quality and is good product at good price point
I have used this product for over 15 years and yes I tried other brands. however Prevail is by far the superior product. No leaks, super absorbent and is comfortable to use.
