This liquid magnesium definitely works. It’s highly absorbable, and I noticed benefits fairly quickly for muscle relaxation, calm, and sleep support.I’ll be honest—the taste isn’t great on its own. That said, it’s unflavored and clean, and I simply add a little honey to make it much more pleasant. Once mixed, it’s easy to take and doesn’t upset my stomach.I appreciate that it comes in a glass bottle with simple ingredients and no fillers. Almost tasteless. Noticeable diffrence in a short period of time

Buy it & try it - this is a miracle worker for me! I had to switch from Eidon brand because they changed their 18 ounce bottle dose of Magnesium from 80mg per Tablespoon to 8mg per Tablespoon (worthless at that low dose) and the Eidon concentated formula was too expensive per dose. I was desperate to find something new because of excruciating muscle pain and cranky mood. I found this and decided to give it a try - so thankful I did. As soon as it arrived (next day delivery) I took one dose and within 15 minutes my muscles started relaxing. Within the hour I was completely relaxed and felt much better physically and mood wise. This worked way better and faster than Eidon. This is also a much greater value for the money because of the higher amount of Magnesium in a much smaller dose - 150mg per 1/2 teaspoon. The taste was as expected and not an issue for me when taken as directed in a flavorful beverage of choice. I'm looking forward to trying their other supplements. Due to medical conditions I frequently, nearly daily, experience severe Charlie horse cramps (debilitating and painful cramps) in my limbs, especially legs and feet. This magnesium reduces and even stops the onset of these cramps. Pills and other herbal remedies don't do what this product does. This liquid magnesium gets into my system quick. It's expensive but I Can't cope without it! Wouldn't want too.

Just got this about a week ago. Seems good so far. Like the liquids better than pills or chews, can't swallow pills well and don't like the taste of most gummies. Can just add a bit to a shot of juice and be done with it. haha.Gave 4 stars because it would be nice if it came with a dropper, too easy to over pour and/or spill. There are several kinds of magnesium on the market. I had never heard of this one, but my homeopath suggested it for insomnia. Well zzzzzzzzz . . . . . oops I dozed off. It does the job I am sleeping very well. (1/2 teaspoon in water: doesn't taste great, but it works, so I don't mind)

I WOULD GIVE THIS PRODUCT SUB ZERO STARS IF I COULD. THIS IS A LIQUID SUPPLEMENT AND IT DOESN'T COME WITH A DROPPER- I HAVE TAKEN MAGNESIUM CHLORIDE FOR MOST OF MY LIFE AND I KNOW THE TASTE IS NOT PLEASENT. BUT THIS LIQUID NOT ONLY IS REPUGNANT, IT BURNS MY MOUTH, SOMETHING THAT NEVER HAPPEN BEFORE. I WONDER WHAT THEY PUT IN IT!! MAKES ME WANT TO RETURN IT. I WILL TRY JUST ONE MORE TIME AND IF I GET THE SAME EFFECT I WILL REPORT IT TO THE FDA.
