I just bought these so my opinion is as an early / first time user. Easy to swallow, no after taste, and I do feel a burst of energy after taking them.I used to take my vitamins mid-afternoon but after reading the label on these, I decided to move the vitamin taking game up to earlier in the day in case there was a burst of energy. There is and with no upset stomach. I do recommend these.

The media could not be loaded. I read some reviews and saw a black pill. These are beige and very easy to swallow, no taste and no smell. I can't swallow big pills, these with a small sip of water are gone. I take 2 with a full glass of 8oz of water. I don't go by the reviews, I try the product then I decide if it works for me or not. Every product works different for different persons. You try you decide.

As a person who bruises easily I have been using this product to reduce the tendency towards the bruising. It works very well. I tried other products with little to no help with this problem.

Great Combination of Vitamin C and Zinc. Bought this for my mother and she is always kind of spastic about taking anything and has to check with her Doctor no matter what. Having this combination makes it easier to take and she was more accepting (and didn't have to run to her Doctor to get them to bless the zinc).Also the price going way down was a huge factor - I doubled up.
