High Life Heavy Pomade

This will hold your hair down in a hurricane. I use a hairdryer to melt it into my hair and enjoy a wax hair helmet that stays in place all day. I like the smell they use (very craft mom candle smelling.) The only downside is that if you use it for a week straight it'll build up in your hair. The wax builds up and the good stuff washes out in the shower, so by the end of the week you really need to get out the chelating shampoo to get all that wax out.

Great hold and great finish! However is heavy and sometimes hard to keep volume in your hair throughout the day. Also has a shine that is desirable, but is extremely hard to get out. Sometimes takes three to four washes before it gets completely out.

This stuff is ridiculous! You may as well use super glue bc it will stick to your hands similarly. Cannot mold your hair in any way, cannot distribute through your hair. Not sure you can call this a pomade.I guess I got what I paid for though. Went back to Imperial Classic Pomade (best around).

Smells great, goes on easily and evenly, and has great hold and sculpting ability. I bought it at a barbershop in Texas 5 years ago and have been searching for it ever since. So glad to have found it on Amazon.
