This black fur hat with ear flaps is a traditional Soviet Army winter hat - warm and cozy, perfect for protecting from Siberian winds and snow storms. It is made of faux fur which consists of 80% wool and 20% polyester. This kind of fur has been designed in the Soviet Union specifically for such winter army hats. It is known for its durability and resistance to snow/water. It has a nice quilted lining. Each hat is supplied with a soviet imperial eagle badge. Great for Fun and For Cold Weather!
What a fun and warm hat! Wanted something different for winters in the North East where I travel quite a bit and this fit the bill. Sturdy construction, all the seams and materials were well sewn together. Hat was a perfect fit (size was correct) and boy, is it warm. You can remove the front emblem if you want (although its kind of fun to leave on especially if you are visiting a Russian restaurant) easily and it leaves no noticeable trace. Its now standard in my winter wear and gives you an awesome "I mean business" look. :)
