Beautifully designed hairbrush
I am giving this a 5 star review all the way but want to clarify that this is for the seller and his quick response to my problem. The brush is extremely well made and came packaged beautifully. What one would expect for an expensive brush. I found it a little difficult to use but this is not a reflection on the brush, but rather the user! I am elderly and have some arthritis in my hands. The brush really grabs the hair and I found it difficult to pull it through. As such, I requested a refund. The seller responded promptly and was very kind in helping me and providing a very generous end result to my problem. If you want a beautifully designed hairbrush that surpasses anything you would find at a drugstore, as well as exceptional customer service, I would highly recommend this company.

Not the original hotheads brush
I have been using this brand for so many years, and the new brush that I get is not the topical bru color is black and star falling apart after 3 single uses, look like is not the original product that I have been using before and the price is the same as the original product
