Good product, less sugar taste-more ginger essence would suit most diabetics in Indian situation. Try it out in your next batch & covey it.

Effective for sore throat
This works effectively against sore throat and cough. It clears throat if consumed after having oily food which otherwise may lead to sore throat overnight. Expels sputum. I personally feel that it would be better if the sweetness is reduced a bit. Feels good since it is completely Ayurvedic.
