Is the screen fixed or can you write to any pixel?

You can write to any pixel. There are libraries out there that help import designs and functions, as well as fonts that can be displayed anywhere on the screen.

Is it compatible with a seeed xiao?

Yes, these displays I bought work Ok through I2C bus. According to the seed xiao Wiki, pins D4 & D5 are your SDA and SCL.

Can I display vertically? Do you have an example of code for Arduino?

You can. Will just need to find a library that handles the vertical conversion or write the code yourself. I do not have an example code at the time.
