Initial Reactions
I just received my order in the mail today and the packaging is very cute, polished, and great for gifting- better than the clear ones I've seen. Shipping takes about a week; it arrived exactly on the delivery estimate. I was looking for some high quality 100% food grade silicone and when I saw that this fitted the bill, I bought it immediately. It's labelled BPA free on the box but it would be nice to see some paperwork proof. The the cups themselves are thinner than I expected but that's for the better because baking time won't be prolonged. They are extremely durable, don't have a funky smell, and didn't tear when I stretched them. I'll be testing these out tomorrow without a muffin tray. Based on the other reviews, they should hold their shape.

Pleasantly surprised!
Really am surprised -- people kept recommending I pick up some silicone cupcake liners and I resisted . . . I mean really . . . why buy something I will have to wash each time we have muffins when paper liners are so convenient? So I ended up purchasing these for a use different than most people . . . as separators when I hard boil eggs in my pressure cooker. When I opened them up I was pleasantly surprised -- no horrid chemical smell even straight out of the box. The thickness is comparable to other brands I saw at the cooking store although the circumference appears to be slightly smaller. Colors are very pretty and I like having two colors instead of a spread of 5-6 like some brands . . . gives me options as far as using all of one color or mixing it up. First run through the pressure cooker was a success. The cups aren't stiff enough to hold the eggs end up but they are just right for laying the eggs on their sides and cooking a larger batch allows me to put them in end up. When I ran a dozen eggs through the cooker, all placed on their ends, I had one cracked egg. None of the melting other silicone products have reported when used in the pressure cooker. So next I tried cupcakes . . . another success. They spread a bit when filled and again a bit more when cooked. They were simple to remove from the pan and the liners peeled easily off the cake. Cleanup was a breeze -- just swish in soapy water and give it a quick rub then rinse and sit out to dry. Overall, I didn't expect to be happy with this purchase but I am, and the number at this price is really hard to beat!EDIT: FYI, In the box of liners and in follow up emails the company offers a test product priced between $10 and $249 in exchange for a review. After completing the steps I was notified that nothing was available. When I looked at their website and here on Amazon there aren't any products above $20. I will edit the review if I ever receive anything.EDIT 2/10/15: I received an email from the company letting me know that I had just missed the latest testing round they had sent out and they expect to have another round later this year of a new and expensive item. I will update when and if I hear anything!

Very disappointed. They are TINY
Just opened the package. Very disappointed. They are TINY. Don't come close to filling a standard cupcake. Guess it will cost more to return, so just give to the kids as a toy. Live and learn.

Fill Less
Seem smaller than regular cup cake paper cups. Made a standard cup cake batch and filled cups a little more than 1/2 way. Batter mushroomed up,making them harder to frost. Still tasted delicious. Easy to separate from finished cake. Even easier to clean. Lesson learned. Fill less for smaller cup cakes. Have a little left over from standard cake mix package. All in all, goodproduct.

They are a good idea and fine for what they are
They are a good idea and fine for what they are. But, I was under the impression that they would be larger and make bigger cupcakes. In this respect, I was disappointed in them. They were for a gift for my sister because she makes lots of cupcakes.

Silicone Baking Cups a Breeze
I have only just begun using silicon bakeware so this has been an adventure. I have long been disappointed in paper liners. My cupcakes or muffins always stick to the bottom of the paper and I lose half of it. When I use these Purpledink baking cups my muffins come out perfectly. I was a little concerned about ordering and went back and forth about purchasing this or a silicone muffin pan and I'm glad I chose these. Now I can use my half-dozen muffin pan or my 1.5 muffin pan that are already in my cupboard and not need to get two different sized pans. There was no unpleasant taste or odor transferred from the silicone as has been mentioned with some other silicone bakeware products. The baked goods come out easily and cleanup is a breeze. I would recommend these baking cups to anyone who loves to make muffins and cupcakes.

Hard to get the cupcakes out of the liners without them breaking apart. Oiling the liners makes them tacky. I don't use these anymore.

good quality, not as good of a fit for muffin tins
The liners look like they are good quality, and getting the ebook was fun! However, they are a little small for my muffin pans, so I'm a little wary of batter getting in between the liners and the pans, I will have to see how it goes.
