Rhubarb is one of my favorite jam/preserves flavors.
Rhubarb taste is not pronounced. Will not buy again.

Delicious! You can really taste the Rhubarb and this is the only non-sugar-non-strawberry mix I have found. I mean how many different versions of strawberry-Rhubarb (yawn) do you need? Raspberry Rhubarb is the way to go!

Jam's consistency is too watery
Jam had a nice taste, but the consistency is not firm enough to use in baked goods. Its was to watery to use in the thumbprint cookies and strudel I was hoping to make with it. Very disappointed!

A bit pricey, but clean and flavorful
It was a bit expensive, but worked so well for my Whole30 recipe. The flavor was great and I was very happy with a product that did not have extra sugar or processed ingredients.
