While I had high hopes of this really digging down and getting the dirt and sweat off of my horse during bath time, it just fell short. Its soft and stayed put on my hand but its just too soft to really get to the roots. Now, my horse still had some winter hair but not too much so as to prevent a good washing. For a short haired dog, this may work great but definitely not for my horse. Will keep searching.

Easy to throw in the washer, easy to keep at the door for pet feet!
