Husband makes kimchi all the time. This works absolutely beautifully. Good quality and is a great size. Easy to clean. Small enough to store.

Love this kimchi holder. I've had mine for over a year and the cabbage that's still in it is perfectly fine still. The seal is true and no smells escape it. As I use some kimchi I just press the inner gasket down to reduce the air inside it. No fuss at all.

I don’t know if it’s the container or my recipe but I made the best kimchi using this product. I like how you can remove all air and seal it up tight. It’s more space efficient than a traditional jar storage. Takes up less space and holds way more than expected. I’m glad I tried it. Highly recommend this specific product.

I used this to make kimchi for my husband. While it does seem to take a little longer than using the jar kits, but the ease more than makes up for it. I didn't have to worry about the siphoning. Also my house didn't smell like kimchi the entire time. Wonderful product, a must buy!

I got this online and it works well. But I saw the same one at the local Lotte supermarket and it was about 1/2 of the price. Not a bad purchase but wish I had checked stores first before buying it online.

I got this container after much debate and research to start making kimchi at home. I feel thisnis a good starter size that could handle one large Napa cabbage to start. I love cooking and fell in love with Korean culinary. For 2026, I'm trying to find a diet that includes many veggies and proteins with the added simplicity to cook small batches at a time and I found it in Korean foods. I am planning to incorporate more kimchi in my diet and this is perfect to make some batches to keep on hand. Can't wait to start making some kimchi!!

Perfekt für selbstgemachtes Kimchi, weil der Innendeckel den Chinakohl unter die Flüssigkeit drückt. Habe es jetzt schon viele Male darin gemacht und es ist immer sehr lecker geworden, eben ohne den Aufwand, es zwischendurch runterdrücken zu müssen. Durch den Ausschluss von Sauerstoff bildet sich nicht mal Kahmhefe darauf; es bleibt genießbar und frisch.

Llego de volada, el diseño es hermoso y es muy fácil de usar. Hice el mejor chucrut que he probado. El mejor fermentador que he comprado. Se los recomiendo mucho!!

Works very well, first time making kimchi and it actually turned out really well. Container is very easy to use and fits well just fits on the fridge shelf.
