House Bayou Blackening Spice

As stated in headline, jar is only 75% full. I have a jar at home purchased directly from a grocery store that is at least 90% full.

We love this blend. We put it on steaks, hamburgers, mac and cheese. We have tried other kinds and keep coming back to this one. My only complaint is I wish they had it in a shaker form. They way it is now is you have to spoon it on things.

If you're OK with spicy, this blend in amazing. Adds incredible flavor, and keeps everything juicy even if you overcook it. Love it!

This is a great seasoning for most fish.

I found this in Florida years ago and loved it on fish, beef, pork and almost any meat. . done on the grill it's great..

Bought this product at a fish store last summer and loved it. I ran out of my jar in the Fall and Was so excited to see it on Amazon.com. No sugar, not too salty. Full of flavor!

This is our go to spice for salmon!!!!! It has a little kick to it, but not so much that it burns your palette. Highly recommend. Great hostess gift.
