Got these for my hubby as a xmas gift. It's now been 6 months and we absolutely love them. He is big into cooking and baking. Anyone who is serious about baking knows that it's definitely a challenge and he takes on things that are challenging.I also received an email from the actual company shortly after purchasing these about how to "care for your silicone bake ware". So really good stuff in there and they are always available if you have questions.This set is perfect for someone who is a silicone beginner. In no way does that mean these are cheap (most stuff on Amazon is cheap, which is why we love them) I just mean that there is NO REASON to buy a huge and expensive silicone set to find out that it's not your thing. And with these you can see what you use a lot and what you don't, without feeling like you wasted money on something.We have found that things take less time to cook than if it was cooked in or on a conventional baking pan/sheet. So I recommend the first few times you use them, watch them closely and check often. At least till you get to where you understand what cooking times your pans need. They are also incredibly easy to clean. Always a plus!!Would highly recommend these to any one who loves to bake.

Hard to store, so I put them in a big plastic bag and put them on shelf in garage. So far, I have used them to freeze veggies and fruit in small portions to be used later (eg: smoothies, soups etc). I assume they will be good for baking. I will repost if there are problems.

I was tired of losing 10% of my cornbread/cupcakes/muffins due to stuff being stuck to the pans or baking liners. I'd had enough. ENOUGH, I TELL YOU! So I researched, discovered, and ordered this Elite Bakeware nonstick silicone baking pans. Yo, check out my special muffin recipe:+ Cornbread Mix (the inexpensive 95cent mix from the store, no big deal)+ Whole Milk (for muffin texture, and my bones)+ Protein Powder (because I lift, bro)+ Eggs (for muffin texture, and extra protein)+ Powdered Peanuts and Almonds (for flavor and more healthy stuff)+ Shredded Coconut (cuz I love how it tastes)+ A dash of Stevia sweetener (to help balance things out)I used the "standard" cupcake pan (as shown in the pictures), sprayed them lightly with non-stick baking spray, put the whole thing on one of my old flat baking pans (again, see pics), stuck them in the oven, and 20 minutes later, voila! Near-perfect muffins that PEELED OFF EASILY FROM THE PAN. Finally, a frustration-free baking experience.Can you dig it? Well?? CAN you???

These do NOT pass the pinch test. They are not 100% silicone and are being returned!

The "pinch test" shows the buyer if the silicone has plastic additives mixed in to the silicone upon manufacturing. If where you pinch turns white then it’s not 100% silicone. The rigidity is wonderful but I deducted a couple points for lack of truth in advertising. Still, they seem well made and durable.

I was in need of some new bakeware. I have never tried silicone before but after using these I am a converted customer. They are wonderful. The size of the small tins fit perfectly inside the elite bakeware sheet which was perfect for taking in and out of the oven. I love how easy they are to clean. Any remnant food comes right off when I wash in the sink and if I want a deeper clean I throw them in the dishwasher because they are dishwasher safe. The muffins I made came out great and tasted awesome. I never knew silicone would be so easy and fun to use. The bright red color is also fun for my kids and my 2 year old loves to help me bake because of it. The various sizes are perfect for any baking needs whether its for cupcakes or muffins. I am a big muffin eater so I use them mostly for that. I highly recommend these and look forward to many more yummy desserts! I was lucky to receive this product in exchange for my honest review.

I have only used the mini muffin pans so far but I am very disappointed. I made mini brownies and they stuck; not only would they not pop out when pushed from the bottom, they also left a portion of the cake in the bake ware itself and had to be extensively soaked to get it out.

This is the first of the Silicone muffin pans I have tried and they seem to work well. There is one thing that they are not as stable as the regular muffins pans are. They are not solid so you have movement when you put in the oven or take the muffins out of the oven just in this pan. I also wait a few minutes before removing the muffins so they will come out of the silicone pan better. Since I have used non stick and glass pans for baking this kind of pan takes some getting use to. Worth trying to see what you like in baking. With this muffin pan I would use another flat surface pan under it so you can handle the pan without wobbling it. All I can say is try it and see what you like best for baking. It seems to be better for not over baking it with these pans.
