Apparently, this is one of the most investigated supplements. People use it for the gym,it is also good for cognitive use aswell,but only afterthe muscle has had its fill. Most people take 20 grams a day of you're. " loading" ; do your research. This is the good stuff.

Easygoing product easy to digest. Product recommends daily usage 2.5gr/ portion. Which every person I talked advised having double dose. I guess it is better to follow the original instructions.

Great product. I could definitely notice an improvement in my reps after using this product. I used the route of one scoop per day so it took a few weeks of consistant use before I noticed the difference, but there definitely is a difference once your muscles are fully saturated. My body did feel slightly 'inflated' whilst using this, which is a good thing and came with a lot of compliments. I also noticed I felt smaller when I stopped using it for a few weeks due to illness. Good product and would recommend though.

Cheap plastic useless scoop
Why on earth does this come with a scoop only half of which should be filled? When there is no clear sign where half is and when the directions say not to exceed the amount recommended? Why not provide a proper scoop? And perhaps not a cheap plastic one...

Same as any other creatine I have taken in my lifetime. All have taste and resadue. Not sure if it's creapure as it's not anywhere on the product and therefore expensive for what it is.
