This lens is AMAZING! For front facing phone cameras, it's so hard to get a big group in for the BIG GROUP selfies. This wide angle lens helps tremendously and it doesn't change the clarity of my IPhone 7 Plus pictures. I love it! I love it! It's such a great cheap stocking stuffer. I would definitely buy another if I had to replace.

I tried it and don't see any difference. Do not get if you want to Zoom and have a good quality. Maybe it works for other devices but not for Samsung. I contacted customer service and never got a reply. I wanted to return but they charge $7 for the shipping through UPS.

I have tested out a few different clip-on lens kits and this one has, by far, the largest lens. I understand that larger is sometimes better, but in this case I believe that is not true.The wide-angel lens does provide a slightly wider angle, but I was expecting a lot more. The photos included of my 3 monitors (and my messy desk, sorry) show you just how much of a difference the lens makes as both were taken from the same spot.The close-up photos of my knife using the macro lens does show quite a bit more clarity, so that works well. I've had much smaller macro lenses that did as good of a job, though so it's hard to warrant the extra bulk of this kit.The problem with the large lens is that it never is sturdy when clipped to the phone so any little movement will move it around. In the end you waste more time trying to line up the lens for the best clarity rather than just taking pictures.Overall, while I like the lens quality, I don't like how big and bulky the lenses are because it makes it hard to keep them securely in place on my phone.Sample provided for review.

I received this product in exchange for an honest review.This is the best wide angle phone lens I've ever received for testing. But myyy.... it is big. See picture for a size comparison of a "regular" phone lens (lower) and this lens (upper). However, what it lacks in compactness it more than makes up for in image quality. The image quality of the wide angle lens is NOT perfect by any means, but it's way, way better than the that from the smaller lens attachments I've used in the past.Refer to the first picture. The image within the rectangular box is an actual image taken without the attachment. The image outside of the rectangle is an actual image taken with the attachment. Both images were taken with the phone mounted on a tripod. I have superimposed the images to to illustrate the field of view you get with the Wide Angle lens. You can see a significant increase in the field of view with the Wide Angle attachment on.Analysis of picture quality from the wide angle lens attachment:(1) The lower edge and bottom left corner is very sharp.(2) The upper edge and top left corner has a noticeable but acceptable drop-off in sharpness.(3) There is a SIGNIFICANT drop-off in sharpness in the bottom right corner and the right edge.Wait. Don't write off this lens just yet because of the problematic right edge and bottom right corner. This lens does deliver very impressive sharpness where it matters most -- the bottom and top edges. Plus, if you re-size your pictures (which is what most people do anyway), the imperfections will be barely noticeable or unnoticeable.Refer to pictures from the macro lens.As for the macro lens, wow. Wow. The point of focus is very, very sharp. Absolutely stunning. The blurry bits are due to the extremely shallow depth of field -- this is a phenomenon with ANY macro lens and has to do with the optical nature of macro lenses and nothing to do with image quality. The burriness (or "bokeh" as it's sometimes called) from this lens is aesthetically quite pleasing to my eye. The last picture is a 100% crop of the eye of Jackson. (I uploaded a 300 x 300 but it's been enlarged by Amazon, which resulted in some pixelation. There is no pixelation in the original image).--I struggled with deciding between a 4-star and 5-star rating on this lens because of the less-than-stellar wide angle lens but stunning performance of the macro lens. However, problems with sharpness (particularly in the right edge) can be solved with a little cropping. To put things in perspective, of all the wide angle phone lens (about a dozen or so) I've tested, this is by far the best. In the end, I decided a 5-star rating would be a more accurate reflection on the quality of this lens.Additional Note: There is a plastic protective file on BOTH arms of the clip (a circular film on one side and a rectangular film on the other). You MUST remove these or the lens will easily slip out of place. Once the films are removed, the rubber surface on both arms provide traction to keep the lens in place.

I am not a big shutterbug, but I do take occasional photos. The OmniLens is a very nice portable lens set that enhances the photos you can take with your phone. The photos listed above in the product description perfectly show the contents of the set. There is a large wide angle lens, along with a smaller micro lens that easily screw into the clip. Please note that you do need to peel off the film as shown in the description photos to have the clip stay attached more easily. It is very easy to quickly set up and take photos in minutes. The very wide angle lens really takes some nice photos and gives my iPhone the extension it needs to take wider shots. The lens itself is high quality and very clear. The micro lens is equally high quality, providing clear shots as well. What I like about this set is the ease of use and easy setup. The size of the wide angle lens does take some getting used to, but it does work well and I do recommend it.Please note that I received a free sample in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.

The media could not be loaded.  This is the 2nd or 3rd clip on lens I’ve gotten for my cell phone, and I have to admit this one is the most impressive and seems to work the best. I will say, that the lens is sizably bigger than other ones I have received, but that is quite possibly why it works the best.This comes with a nice little velvet pouch to keep the lens in to keep it nice and protected. The clip on piece is separate than the lens so you don’t have to keep it on the clip, but I prefer too. This comes with the wide lens and the macro lens, which actually attach to each other. I tested this out on my daughter’s Iphone and she was amazed at how cool this was and I have a feeling she will be getting quite a bit of use out of it. It’s a nice complement to your cell phone and definitely takes your cell phone to the next level. Overall, I’m really pleased with this lens and it works well with my Galaxy S5 as well. Just make sure you have the lens properly centered on your cell phone lens and you’ll be pleased with this clip on.I received this product for free in exchange for my honest, unbiased review.
