How many actual nappies do I get in size 2-4 for £12.60

Looks like 40! It used to be half that price. Typical Amazon hiking up the prices. I wouldn’t bother buying them at this price as it’s no where near a deal.

Would they be like a size 4 nappy or size 5?

Most of the time they come in a amazon box qith a Hugglescote box inside and then x2 bags of nappies in clear white bags (this is how they come when on offer in the shops also)
