Having used the product for more than a decade. Plus. The quality and value of this product has always been the same. They may have improved some processes with added availability of capital. To improve some minor quality issues or Environmental issues. With a video I could reasonably easily satisfy certain issues. Here is some math for squeaky Wheels. Result in Plain English 400 milligrams is equal to about 0.0141 ounces. To a Percentage 400 milligrams ≈ 1.41% of a ounce. It wouldn't surprise me if a company used similar size capsules for multiple products to minimize cost variances. Some capsules won't look as full depending on density of ingredients. Less than 2/10 of an ounce isn't going to be easy to measure. This product was helpful many years ago and I'll continue to use it as long as they continue to be reasonable.

I've noticed a huge difference in mild to moderate joint inflammation when taking this everyday. I can take it with other supplements in the morning as well (with a protein drink or breakfast) and NOT have any side effects. I love the New Chapter line - as someone who easily gets nauseous from supplements - these do not make me sick.

Great for knees

I take this Tumeric supplement every day to help with my high inflammation levels. I'm not a doctor nor do I provide medical advice but for me it helped bring my inflammation levels into the normal range after taking it everyday for 3 months.

This turmeric I tried by itself to see if it works. It does!!! But it doesn't relieve 100% of my neck pain like I was expecting. It relieves about half of my pain taking a triple dose! Suggested dose is 1 capsule. I will take this turmeric with other products to relieve 100% of my neck pain. At least this turmeric doesn't raise my blood pressure like NSAIDS do.

So, I'm a fifty-some year old woman and last year I tried to do a cartwheel in our backyard. Don't ask... I was trying to recapture my youth. As a result of said "half" cartwheel, I pulled something inside my left hip/inner thigh. Ever since then I have had pain when sleeping on my left or right sides at night. I also have pain in my left hip/inner thigh when moving my left knee laterally. Recently a friend who is gluten intolerant started taking turmeric for digestive issues. She is pleased with the results. I remembered that turmeric is supposed to help with inflammation and allergies, so I thought I'd give it a try. I have allergies and sometimes break out in hives - even though I take an allergy medication. I ordered New Chapter Turmeric and have been taking it daily for nearly 2 weeks. Last night I was able to sleep on my left side WITHOUT ANY PAIN!!! Furthermore, getting out of my low-sitting 2-door car was actually painless today! Although I didn't purchase this product for my joint pain, it has helped considerably! I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!! Thanks New Chapter!

My knees don’t snap, crackle & pop as much anymore!! So happy I found these! Of course they smell and taste like turmeric. Highly recommend!
