They seem promising.
I can't yet attest to longevity, as it takes a while to figure that out with watch batteries. Certainly a good price for what you get if they turn our to be good. So, I'm a bit limited in what I can say. They come in a nice blister pack, as advertised and they are marked "Japan" on both the packaging and the batteries themselves, which seems promising. The batteries I received have a Use By date of 12/2024. For the price, they seem worth the try!
