very spongy, doesn't increase the height much.
When i received it , it looked good, but when I put it on my sock and compared heights with my friend it didn't make a big difference. It actually barely made a difference that I don't want to wear it anymore a bit disappointed. nobody will you know you are wearing it unless you are sitting down and someone is looking right at your feet.
